Connection Camp Pop-ups April 12-15, 2021

Why do we need to re-write our story? Because the words we choose, the stories we tell (and we’re telling them in every moment) are powerful. Too often we find ourselves in an unconscious, default narrative and it keeps us stuck in the role of the victim. It's time to choose to own our story, stop giving our power away, and claim our characters; regardless of our circumstances. Connection Camp helps develop self-awareness to identify unconscious stories, cultivate compassion to change the tone of your narrative from judgment to gratitude, and apply discernment to tap into desire rather than fear. You'll cultivate a community of support as you let go of the story that no longer serves you, and you'll reflect with each other so that you can script stories to lift you and those around you, higher. During the week you'll cultivate connection with the other members of your camp. Come to as many or as few of the three, two-hour, live, online, group sessions as you can. Each session includes a mix of guided breath and movement, meditation and visualization, individual writing/creating time, group interaction, and 1:1 connection. 

Session options (all times are Pacific):

• Monday 4/12: 8-10 am
• Tuesday 4/13: 12-2 pm
• Thursday 4/15: 6-8 pm
