Tuesday is your day to prioritize play. We'll start at 9am PST with easy, gentle, supported movement to tap into our creative flow, then write or draw, and close the hour by sharing a glimpse into our experience with each other.

Give yourself the gift of connection and creation on Tuesday, October 11th @9am Pacific.
Our mission is to build and harness momentum to support our creation. This hour session will include time to:

This flow is intentional; designed to connect us more deeply with ourselves, each other, and something greater than us (our muse? intuition? inspiration?) that steps in to guide us if we can just make the space for it and get out of our own way.
